The leader of the Fatah al-Islam group was not among fighters killed by Lebanese troops at a refugee camp this month and may have escaped, Lebanon’s public prosecutor has said.

Shaker al-Abssi was believed to have been killed fleeing Nahr al-Bared when troops seized control of the camp on September 2 after a 15-week battle.

The fighting near Tripoli in north Lebanon killed more than 400 people and left the Palestinian refugee camp in ruins. Nahr al-Bared was home to about 40,000 before fighting erupted on May 20.

Meanwhile, international donors on Monday pledged about $20m in aid for those displaced by the conflict.

Not long ago,the Isreal’i IDF forces invaded and bombarded Lebanon.I remember quite well when an Israeli General said that they will bombard Beirut to the stone ages.

Even though Lebanon was invaded and was being bombarded by Israelis,the Lebanese armed forces never lifted a finger and thus it was all Hizbollah that was fighting.Now that the Lebanese Army couldn’t do a thing about the Israeli aggression in their own soil,they resorted to bombard , massacre and slaughter poor Palestinian refugees in a camp under the pretext of fighting Islamic extremists.

Even though the Palestinians were labeled as a radical movement, Since when did Islam have Moderates and Radicals?Aren’t Muslims supposed to be Muslims,the followers of Allah’s noble book ,the Quran and the Hadith and the sunnah of the Prophet?How can any one just brand the invented Neo-con terminologies,terms which do not even carry relevance to the context of Islam?

What amazes me is the Tough Muscles that the Lebanese Army Showed for these Refugees and what made it lack these same muscles when their country was being invaded from both land and air.Its sad to see how the weak are stumbled upon just so as to please Uncle Sam.Where was ‘Uncle’ when Prime Minister Seniora was shedding tears before the whole world? Wasn’t he busy vetoing what ever plea the international community had for Lebanon at the United Nations?

Allah’s Apostle said, “Fasting is a shield or a screen or a shelter. So, the person observing fasting should avoid sexual relation with his wife and should not behave foolishly and impudently, and if somebody fights with him or abuses him, he should tell him twice, ‘I am fasting.” The Prophet added, “By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, the smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. (Allah says about the fasting person), ‘He has left his food, drink and desires for My sake. The fast is for Me. So I will reward (the fasting person) for it and the reward of good deeds is multiplied ten times.”

No one offers a supplication with out receiving a respond; either he will be given a speedy answer in this world or he will be given a late reward in the next world,or an amount of his sins which is equivalent to his supplication will be removed from him.Provided he does not ask for something sinful or for breaking ties of relationship;provided he does not demand an answer quickly saying, ‘ I have made supplication to my Lord but he does not answer me’.

Brothers and sisters of Islam Ramadhan karim.This is the same month that we were told to profit from its blessings.It is the month when our Noble Quran was revealed to our Noble prophet may Allah’s peace and blessings and be upon him.This month contains the blessed night of power which is also known as Laylatul Qadr.

Brothers and sisters,let us not only fast from the food we eat.Let us also fast from the other vices and all vices in general.The cursed satan is an enemy of ours,may Allah protect us from him.Let us fast from all sorts of lies ,all sorts dishonesty,all sorts of hypocrisies,all sorts and forms of vices and everything else that is disliked.That which is disliked is what everybody dislikes,it is that which we our selves would not like to happen or to be said to us.Let us seek the Mercy of Allah by being obedient to our parents,to our elders and respect those that we come across.InshaAllah,may we benefit from this blessed month.I wish you all and your families a happy month of Ramadhan.May Jannah be our last abode.

Narrated Aisha(Raliyallahu anha):With the start of the last ten days of Ramadhan,the Prophet,Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him used to tighten his waist-belt(work hard) and used to offer Salat (prayer) all the night and he used to keep his family awake for the Prayers.

Ar Rayan is one of the gates of paradise and its for the people observing Fast(saum).

Narrated Sahl(R.A):The Prophet,Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him Said”There is a gate in Paradise called Ar Raiyan and those who observe fast will enter through it on the day of resurrection and none except them will enter through it.It will be said, ”Where are those who used to observe fast ?”.They will get up, and none except them will enter through it.After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it”.
